- Help with games/non race events
- Set up the race equipment
- Pack up race equipmment
- Find Vendors
- Get Sponsorships
- MC for races
- Photographers
- Publicity and Promotion of races
- Collect items for raffle
- Do program and print it

Entrance, tickets, and programs

Event Registration, check in, and payments

Weigh and measure dogs
Station 4
RACE TIME
Arrange next race group
Line up racers in starting gate, make sure that they have correct racing color
Open gate
Station 5
Collect racing vests
Record race results
Hand out ribbons

Photo of participates in races and contests
Photos of race activities
