EXHIBITOR PRICE: $75.00/day, $125.00/two days, includes 10 x 10 booth, 2 chairs, 8 ft table, air conditioned, power, your company ad in our program, on our website, and company name on our t-shirts.
Please read everything thoroughly before submitting your application. Setup at TBA on Saturday, breakdown after final event on Sunday.

Applications will be approved based on space & availability.
Booths will be indoors, air conditioned, will have power, back wall has peg board to hang things. One table and two chairs will be provided.
Commercial vendors must supply one (1) donated item to be raffled off during event. All exhibitors must provide their own tables, decorations such as table cloths, and chairs. We expect all exhibit booths to be professional in appearance and attitude.
Pictures or link to website are appreciated but not required. You will be contacted once your application has been processed and approved. Payment must then be made as soon as possible to hold your booth space. Payments will be accepted through PayPal, check or money order via mail. Please do not send any payments with this application.
****NO sale of animals will be permitted at the Georgia Dachshund Races or on the fairground property. ****Absolutely no drugs, alcohol, or weapons allowed on premises.
No person will be allowed to bring in or keep in the facilities anything that may create a fire hazard or be detrimental to the fire protection of the building. No open fires are to be built except as designated in picnic and/or camping areas or by facility manager. All decorative material must be flame proof. After unpacking, all boxes and packing material must be removed from the building. No person or object may obstruct the sidewalks, passageways, halls, stairways, seating areas and exits. This is strictly enforced by the Fire Marshall.
No nails, tacks, staples, brads, etc. may be driven into any portion of the facility; and, no changes, repairs, painting, staining, alterations, or use of tape that will change the finish, appearance or contours of the buildings will be permitted without the consent of management.
No exhibit may be or displayed outside the facility or suspended from permanent fixtures without the permission of the management. Large trucks; house trailers; tractor-trailers or signs may not be placed on the property without consent of management.
The loading areas are to be kept clear of debris. Parking in this area shall be limited to the time necessary for loading and unloading. Loading zone regulations will be strictly enforced. Fire lanes must remain open at all times.
Waiver
In consideration of my participation in the Georgia Dachshund Races & National Dachshund Race Circuit, I do hereby wave Jim Miller, Cobb County Fairgrounds, the Georgia Dachshund Races, The National Dachshund Races, Sponsors, and Affiliates for damages or injuries to my employees, volunteers, inventory, animals, or myself while participating in said event. I will also permit free use of pictures in broadcasts, newsletters, websites or any other appropriate media.
